General Questions

1. How do I apply?

Click to download Enrollment Application. Once filled out, attach and email completed application to henri@fallindds.brcoxmail.com. Please contact Henri at 225-658-8098, 225-654-2212, or 225-333-1003 to confirm your registration and discuss the payment and/or financing options available.

2. How much does it cost?

The total enrollment fee for the 10 week course is $2450 however, we do offer payment plans and financing options. Please see our application in the “Apply Now” section for details.

3. When are the classes and how many days/hours per week?

The course takes ten (10) weeks to complete. Classes are held on Saturdays ONLY from 8am - 5pm. The course is offered four (4) times a year so you can decide which term best suits your schedule.

4. Do I need to purchase supplies?

No. We provide every student with textbooks and any supplies needed to complete the course. These items are included in your enrollment fee.

5. Who is the instructor?

Henri Rabalais

Henri has worked in the dental profession for 28 years in both a clinical setting and a management position. Henri has been the team leader of Fallin Family Dentistry for 13 years and she has also served as the Director/Instructor for LDAS for the past 11 years. Henri is married and has a 10-year-old son, Ian.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
